We offer admission on a rolling basis, therefore applications are processed as they are received, and grades are filled based on the School's intake needs. 

HOW TO APPLY

  • Online Application Form
    Please Click here to download and complete the online application form and submit CAD$150 non-refundable application fee.
  • Prepare Application Package
    Once you have submitted the application, one of the HRS Admission team members will email you and require for the following documents: Previous two years of final report cards Current year report cards (when available) Photocopy of applicant's passport Applicant photo English Language Requirement (International Student ONLY). We accept report card of various standardized tests including SSAT, IELTS, TOEFL, MAP, DUOLINGO, etc.
  • Entrance Exam (Optional)
    Entrance exam is only required to those applicants who do not have the language proficiency proof listed above. You will be given further instructions on Entrance Exam via email by one of HRS Admission Team members.
  • Decision Released and Enrollment
    A decision on acceptance will be emailed within five business days. Students will complete the registration and enrollment under the guidance of HRS Admission Team.
  • Refund Policy
    It should be noted that upon accepting a student, an Ontario School Record (OSR) is initiated, other pertinent school files are completed and teachers are hired. A great deal of time, effort and expense goes into properly preparing to accept a student upon arrival. The following refund policy is in place for local students: Prior to school commencing: All refund requests must be in writing. Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. All fees are refundable less $150 application fee, homestay placement fee, and custodianship notarization fee if you are refused a student study permit by the Canadian Immigration Authorities. (International student ONLY) The students may withdraw up to six weeks before the start of their first semester and receive a full refund, less the application fee. Students withdrawing within six weeks of the start of the semester but before the start of school, may receive a 75% refund. Students will not be eligible for a refund after starting school. Students applying for accommodation will receive a refund minus the two months accommodation fee given to the homestay family and the accommodation placement fee. After school begins: Once classes begin, there is no refund. Please note: All fees are non-refundable if the student is issued a student study permit by the Canadian Immigration Authorities and does not arrive to study at New Renaissance Academy. (International student ONLY) There will also be no refund of the tuition fee in the following circumstances: – If the student is found in violation of school regulations and asked to withdraw from the school – If the student has been misrepresented on the application form, persistent absence without cause
  • We will Refund only if you meet following circumstances:
